Nisseem India Private Limited ("Nisseem", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who interacts with our website, project portal and CRM. We process personal data with your consent and/or as necessary to perform a contract or comply with law. Portal accounts are created for identified business users; by using the portal you consent to the processing described here.
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure hosted in India (Google Cloud, Mumbai region). We apply access controls (role-based logins), encryption in transit (HTTPS), audit logging and regular backups. Access to client documents is restricted to authorised staff and the client concerned.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary — with government authorities for statutory approvals, with professional consultants engaged on your project, or where required by law. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary for the purpose.
We keep personal and project data for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax and contractual retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
